Mitsuura Brewry

Since founded in 1865 we have been producing traditional Japanese seasoning such as miso (fermented soybean paste) and soy sauce. We believe that "tradition" means a continuation of innovating while taking on new challenges and not merely being limited to long-term adherence to practices passed down from older times. A focus on the derivation of the enjoyment of eating, not satisfaction with simple observance. As a production philosophy, we try to make our products by combing the simplest foodstuffs possible based on non-additives.
